On November 16th, a delegation of six people from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the District Science and Technology Bureau visited our company. It was a research and discussion meeting on the industry's R&D technology. Chairman Lin personally received the leaders from the Science and Technology Bureau and elaborately introduced the development situation of our company in recent years, the research and development direction and goals, as well as the training of our company's scientific and technological talents.

Under the current industrial development prospects, on January 19th this year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released the "Opinions on Further Strengthening Plastic Pollution Management", promoting the degradable, recyclable and reduced plastic materials. The aluminized film with high barrier properties is precisely the new type of packaging material pointed to by this development direction, increasing the supply of green products, and improving the safety and recycling performance of plastic products. It is estimated that from 2020 to 2025, the consumption of soft packaging in Asia will grow at an average annual rate of 6.6%. Among them, the consumption of soft packaging in India and China will grow the fastest, with an estimated average annual growth rate of 9.4% and 6.9% respectively. However, the high-barrier aluminized film will grow even faster. As the most important downstream demand industry of polyester films, the continuous vigorous development of the packaging industry will provide rigid demand for films. Due to factors such as industry standards, environmental protection policies, and rising raw material prices, the sales revenue of plastic coating industry has significantly decreased, and the profitability also needs to be improved. In the next few years, technological innovation and green energy conservation and environmental protection will be the key and foundation for the development of the coating industry.

Our company independently developed and applied for 5 invention patents and 15 utility model patents. We have already obtained 1 authorized invention patent and 15 utility model patents. Currently, we possess advanced research facilities: equipped with advanced American Memcon oxygen and water permeability detection instruments, electric heating forced-air drying ovens, multi-layer vibrating screens, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analyzers, tensile testing machines, etc. The original value of the equipment and instruments exceeds 3 million yuan. We have also collaborated with Jinan University and South China University of Technology to conduct research on the online coating technology of transparent alumina-coated aluminum films.

The main products of the company include: transparent high-barrier AlOx-coated aluminum film, PET-coated aluminum film, CPP-coated aluminum film, PVC-coated aluminum film, OPP-coated aluminum film, non-woven fabric-coated aluminum film, dielectric film, label film, electronic film, polar and non-polar films, nano-level aluminum-silver paste film (multi-layer coated PET film), automotive anti-blast aluminum film (sun film), transfer film, various color films, laser film, and special aluminum-coated films, etc.

The products are widely used in packaging fields of food, medicine, new energy batteries, medical devices, automobiles, electronics, military industry, etc. And the products are exported to countries such as the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Korea and Japan, competing with advanced global enterprises in the international market.
