CaiLong Company is one of the earliest enterprises in China to develop and produce "transparent high-barrier polyester aluminum oxide (AlOx) coated film". It has introduced multiple advanced equipment, with a production capacity of over 10,000 tons per year for transparent high-barrier polyester aluminum oxide coated film.

CaiLong Company is one of the units that formulated the national standard for the major project - GB/T 40266-2021 "Transparent Plastic Laminated Films and Bags with Oxide Barrier for Food Packaging", and is also one of the initiators and formulators of the national industry standard BB/T 0089-2022 "Transparent Alumina-Coated Film for Packaging".
