BOPP AlOx Film requires stable web tension during printing and lamination. Excess tension, sudden changes or poor nip alignment can create wrinkles, registration drift and stress on the transparent oxide layer.
An AlOx Film Supplier should receive the tension profile, roll width, line speed and defect map. Cailong positions BOPP AlOx for transparent PP-oriented barrier structures, but finished performance still depends on the converter’s web path.
Record Tension by Process Zone
Separate unwind, printing, drying, lamination and rewind settings. Note roll diameter when a defect begins. A problem that grows near the core may have a different cause from one repeating at a fixed roller interval.
Inspect Contact Points
Map guides, nips and rollers that touch the coated face. Check alignment, surface cleanliness and pressure. Keep left, center and right samples to connect a defect lane with machine contact.
Confirm Barrier after Conversion
Compare incoming film with printed web, cured laminate and finished pouch under matched test conditions. Send Cailong the web diagram, settings, structure and retained samples.
