Announcement of Evaluation Results for the Top Ten Enterprises in China's Light Industry Sector (2019)

To encourage advanced enterprises to grow larger and stronger and further promote the high-quality development of the light industry sector, based on the principles of rigor, fairness and science, the China National Light Industry Federation organized the evaluation of the "Top Ten Enterprises in China's Light Industry Industry" for the year 2019.

Twenty-six industry associations organized and recommended 61 enterprises from various industries (sub-industries) to participate in the evaluation.

The evaluation results were reviewed by various industry associations and approved by the Standing Committee of the China Light Industry Federation. A total of 622 enterprises (including tied rankings) including Giant Investment Co., Ltd. were included.

Was awarded the "Top 10 Enterprises in the Bicycle and Related Industries of China in 2019".

The top 10 enterprises in the industry are the backbone forces of China's light industry. The China Light Industry Federation has provided strong support to these top 10 enterprises in reflecting policy demands and assisting them in growing and becoming stronger. Foshan Cailong Coating Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. was rated as one of the "Top 10 Enterprises in the Plastic Industry (Aluminum Coating Film) of China".

I. Company Introduction

Since its establishment in 2006, Foshan Cailong Coating Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the research and production of high-tech vacuum coating and high-barrier packaging materials. It is a domestic environmentally friendly vacuum coating enterprise with significant scale advantages and is also a Chinese high-tech enterprise. In recent years, it has invested heavily in large-scale technological upgrades, introduced advanced equipment, and made remarkable progress in the research and development of patented technologies and new material applications.

The product has high barrier, colorless, and environmentally friendly characteristics. It achieves product lightweighting from the source and enables the end product to be recyclable. It is currently one of the few self-produced high barrier OPP materials in China.

3 New type drug packaging composite PET aluminum film key words: High barrier, High adhesion. According to the requirements for Class III plastic packaging in the "Pharmaceutical Packaging Composite Film", after process improvement, our company has a new type of aluminum-coated PET film with extremely high composite strength. The composite strength of the inner layer and the sub-inner layer is 3-5N/15mm. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic packaging.

4 Special coating aluminum film for electronic products key words: High barrier, High temperature resistance. The special coating aluminum film for electronic products has a metallic luster effect and can withstand high temperatures and high humidity. In an environment with a relative humidity of 90% and a temperature of 70°C, the aluminum layer will not be oxidized for more than 24 hours.

5 Ultra-high barrier BOPET aluminum film key words: High barrier. The aluminum is coated on a transparent BOPET film in a vacuum state. The water and oxygen barrier performance reaches below 1 on both sides. It is a high barrier non-transparent packaging material. It has a metallic luster effect and is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, etc. packaging.
